Walt Disney World
Wishes Fireworks Viewing – Disney's Contemporary Resort
Guests can view the Magic Kingdom fireworks, Wishes, from Disney’s Contemporary Resort on the 4th floor. Also keep in mind that if you have dining reservations at California Grill (located on the 15th floor of Disney's Contemporary Resort), be sure to bring your dining receipt to the check-in desk on the 2nd floor. This will allow you to view Wishes from the 15th floor observation deck. If you have reservations after the fireworks are scheduled, you are welcome to view them as well prior to your reservation. Whether on the 4th floor or 15th floor observation deck, the live soundtrack is streamed in for your viewing and listening enjoyment. This is also done at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort and Disney’s Grand Floridian Beach Resort.
Electrical Water Pageant
There is a nightly water pageant on the Seven Seas Lagoon in front of Disney's Polynesian Village Resort, Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, Disney's Contemporary Resort, Disney's Wilderness Lodge and Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground. If you happen to be at any of these resorts in the evening, it's a cute little 15-20 minute show displayed on the lagoon. Please ask a cast member on property while you are there for times.
Disney’s Grand Floridian
3:20pm Daily Princess Promenade
Walk with Cinderella and Prince Charming starting from the second floor of the lobby and down the grand staircase while the Grand Floridian orchestra plays music. Cinderella and Prince Charming will perform a waltz within the main lobby and dance with guests during this special guest interaction.
Michelle Stieb, Vacation Planner
Michelle's love for Disney began at a very early age when her parents took her and her sisters to the Magic Kingdom every summer. Her first trip was around two years old and her obsession with Disney grew from there. Once she was old enough to work at The Disney Store, she became a cast member.
During a trip to Walt Disney World before her junior year in high school, she stayed for the first time at a Walt Disney World resort, Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort. Michelle was in awe of the beauty, quality and attention to detail and theme that you can only find at Disney. While staying here, she knew that she wanted to work at one of the resorts on property. During this same trip, while waiting for the Main Street Electrical Parade at the Magic Kingdom, she met a cast member who informed her about how he was on the Disney College Program. She was hooked! And determined to participate in this program once she was in college.
By her freshman year in college, Michelle was on her way to start her first Walt Disney World College Program as a Merchandise Hostess at the Magic Kingdom. A couple years later, she participated again as a Front Desk Hostess at Disney’s Polynesian Resort.
Staying true to her dream, she majored and graduated with a Bachelor’s in Hotel & Restaurant Management. Her 20 plus years of travel industry experience includes working for several major hotel chains and online travel agencies and distributors.
Throughout Michelle's life she has continued the annual pilgrimage to Walt Disney World as well as several trips to Disneyland in California. Her Disney experience and travel, as well her industry know-how, allows her to extend an exceptional level of service and she looks forward to sharing that with you!
